Apply to receive funding for your project promoting soil literacy!
Have a soil literacy project – new or ready to scale?
SoilTribes invites multi-actor teams to submit ideas for lump-sum grants supporting innovative initiatives that raise public awareness, engage communities, and protect or restore soil. These grants aim to spark behavioral change and creativity at the intersection of science, arts, and society.
Grants’ categories, stands and budget
The grants are available in the following categories:
- Development of new ideas: For early-stage, experimental or creative projects
- Improvement and scale-up: For initiatives with proven experience looking to grow or replicate
Within any of these categories, the applicants must apply for one of the following stands:
- Communication campaigns: Strategic messaging to boost soil awareness
- Creative soil-related activities and events: Using art and culture to tell soil stories
- Citizens’ engagement: Empowering communities through co-creation and participation
Projects are defined by their grant size, based on the scope, ambition and implementation needs of their project: small (€25.000 for the duration of 6 months), medium (€50.000 for 9 months), and large (€100.000 for 12 months).
